House GOP releases compromise immigration legislation that would protect 'Dreamers,' fund wall

House Republican leaders released a draft of immigration legislation that would give "Dreamers" some protections and new funds for a border wall. The draft legislation, circulated by House Speaker Paul Ryan and other leaders to rank-and-file GOP lawmakers, is intended to be a compromise.
