Still waiting for answers, family of woman who drowned at Mexico resort gathers for her 22nd birthday

Abbey Conner of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, was 20 years old when she drowned Jan. 12, 2017, in a pool at an upscale resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
